- I'm starting a brand new training programme which uses the Pull/Push/Legs concept. It's the first week so I'm starting light.
- Work's been crazy so I haven't been eating enough.
- My weight has been steady at 49kg. Which is good because that means I haven't lost weight. But bad because it means I haven't gained either.
- Strength level has improved, but nowhere near where I want it to be
Yeah that's it for now.
