Breaking the silence

Yeah I've been busy.  Plus life's been kind of sh*tty lately.

I took a week off training and lost weight.

I started training again on Monday.  Felt pretty okay.

Interesting thing was I'm so much stronger on my deadlift.  Weights I previously struggled with felt easy.  I knew I could lift more but constrained myself.

I am laying off squats.  My right knee is tweaked.  So looking for some alternative stuff to compensate for squats.  I did 'sled drags"... 30kg.  Felt nice.  Could've been better.

hey, its a pity that you only talk about weight training now. :) I dont have much to say. Good to see you still blogging about what you are passionate about though.

I'm going to start writing again, well a bit anyways...lets see how long I can keep it up.

Hello! Hello! Haven;t heard from you in a long time.

I know it can be difficult to write on a regular basis. I think it's easier to write about my passion for lifting since it serves as a record of my progress as well.

Writing about other stuff is getting challenging nowadays since like you, I don't have much to say.
